With Brexit, this will begin to change, and the regulatory environment outside Europe will need more attention, for instance.Meanwhile Compensation, Reward and HR managers still have plenty of new UK rules about which to worry, some specifically addressed to remuneration and some affecting it tangentially. In addition, there is a growing focus on socially related areas such as gender pay.
