For Infra Summary

We are delighted to announce that The Rt Hon David Gauke MP, Chief Secretary to the Treasury will be delivering the keynote address at the UK Infrastructure Policy & Investment Summit, which is being held in London shortly after the Budget on Wednesday 29th March 2017.

This highly topical event, being held shortly after the Budget, is supported by the Infrastructure & Projects Authority.

The objective of the conference is to review any relevant budget announcements and provide delegates with an update on the latest government initiatives for infrastructure. Of course, infrastructure was recently highlighted as a top priority for the UK in the government’s Green Paper on its Industrial Strategy for the UK.

Key themes will include:

  • Budget announcements relating to infrastructure
  • The role of the National Infrastructure Commission – meeting the UK long-term infrastructure challenge  
  • The role of the UK Guarantee Scheme
  • Financing and investments in UK Infrastructure – trends and role for government support
