Summary

The 5th Annual Culture and Conduct Forum builds on the success of the four previous editions, all of which have been very well attended and highly rated by speakers, delegates and sponsors alike. This event has become the ‘must attend’ event for the UK financial services industry.

We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Davidson, Director of Supervision – Retail and Authorisations and Member of the Executive Committee at the Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed his participation.

In addition to keynotes from the FCA and Treasury Select Committee, other key themes in the programme include:

  • Exploring the role of ’purpose’ in creating healthy cultures
  • Regulation and culture: Is the SMCR an effective tool for changing culture?
  • Creating cultures that support speaking up and listening up
  • Diversity vs tokenism: pay gaps and underrepresentation
  • Culture change: practical insights and learnings
  • Training, education and staff development
  • Reward, recognition and wellbeing
  • Outcomes of culture vs behaviour that drives it – which should you be measuring?

For the 4th edition of Culture & Conduct last year, we were honoured to have Dr Andrew Bailey, Chief Executive of the Financial Conduct Authority participate in a fire-side chat:

Who should attend

Attendance at this highly topical event will be invaluable for the senior management of all FCA regulated firms, including banks, asset managers and insurers. It will also be of particular interest to heads of compliance, heads of operations, heads of legal, heads of internal audit, head of culture and HR and heads of training and education, as well as members of the advisory community, such as lawyers, consultants and accountants.
