Summary

The 6th Annual Culture and Conduct Forum builds on the success of the five previous editions, all of which have been very well attended and highly rated by speakers, delegates and sponsors alike. This event has become the ‘must attend’ event for the UK financial services industry.

We are pleased to announce that Jonathan Davidson, Director of Supervision – Retail and Authorisations and Member of the Executive Committee at the Financial Conduct Authority has kindly agreed to give the opening address.

In addition to the keynote from the FCA and presentations by industry leaders, other key themes in the programme include:

  • The business of social purpose
  • The challenges and opportunities arising from ‘the new normal’ and remote working in relation to Culture and Conduct
  • The role of purpose in driving safe and sustainable cultures
  • The role and skills required of leaders in developing and sustaining a healthy culture in the post-COVID world
  • Effective whistle blower protections and fostering psychological safety through a “speak up, listen up” culture
  • What will it take to achieve racial diversity in the financial services industry?
  • The view from the U.S.
  • Enhancing your culture with tech: How to advance and enable your workforce
  • Conduct and culture in practice – latest observations and insights
  • Recognition and incentives in promoting healthy cultures
  • Measuring corporate culture: from sensible metrics to meaningful insights

Who should attend

Attendance at this highly topical event will be invaluable for the senior management of all FCA regulated firms, including banks, asset managers and insurers. It will also be of particular interest to heads of culture, well-being, HR, strategy, compliance, operations, legal, internal audit, and training and education, as well as members of the advisory community, such as lawyers, consultants and accountants.

NEW VIRTUAL PLATFORM!

Live and On Demand Symbol  Our new virtual platform will enable the summit to run in the same way that a physical event would. You can watch live keynote addresses and panel discussions on the main stage, visit sponsor booths in the exhibition room, and network with other delegates and speakers using the 1-to-1 live video meeting tool. Sessions will also be available on demand to all participating delegates after the event.
