Service Design Futures Workshop
13:30-14:15
This workshop will be taking place during the lunchtime of the main conference.
This is by invitation only for law firms in attendance at the event. Please email bookings@cityandfinancial.com to apply for a place. There are only 25 places available so this will work on a first come first served basis.
This practical workshop will give participants a chance to explore and assess the potential of AI for legal service design. Combining futures and service design methods, the workshop will involve mapping out how clients might interact with law firms in the future and discussing what this means for productivity and business models. The workshop will be led by Lucy Kimbell and Makayla Lewis of University of the Arts London in collaboration with Tim Vorley, University of Sheffield. It is one strand of work within an interdisciplinary research project supported by the Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund of UK Research and Innovation exploring the implications of AI for mid-size accountancy and legal firms.
